
CALL CENTER TRAINING WITH TEGSOFT
Tegsoft Management and Informatics Company, the IP PBX switchboard supplier of our university, provided Call Center Customer Representative and Call Center Supervisor trainings to the personnel determined by our university on 22-23 December 2016.
Banu TIRAN, the training representative of the company, gave information about how to use Tegsoft PBX software in order to serve as a Call Center, as well as the situations to be encountered with potential customers and how they should behave.
At the end of the training, certificates organized by the institution were distributed to the participating personnel.
