EVENT AUTOMATION SYSTEM IS LIVE!
A new system has been developed by our department to ensure that all events organized within and outside the university can be carried out efficiently and in an organized manner, and that event requests and evaluation processes can be managed easily in a digital environment.
All event requests from within and outside our university, along with their evaluation processes, will now be handled online via https://etkinlik.alanya.edu.tr. This new automation system aims to increase the efficiency and orderliness of events, improve service quality, and allow for more systematic planning and monitoring of activities. It provides convenience both for applicants and for the units involved in the evaluation process.
The Event Automation System enables quick processing of event requests and allows all steps of the process to be tracked in real-time. Additionally, this system will make it easier to analyze the impact and success of events organized university-wide. Feedback can be effectively collected and used to enhance the quality of future events.
