In accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Personnel Law No. 2914 and the Decree Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Upper Institutions and Higher Education Institutions, the Head of Information Technologies Department was established on 31.03.2016 with the appointment of Özge ÖZTİMUR KARADAĞ as the vice president.
Ümit KUZKAYA took over the presidency on May 15, 2016 after being transferred from the Ministry of Justice where he was the Head of the IT Department.
